I’ve been so lucky to photograph this beautiful family year after year. They are beautiful inside and out. This year we did our session at a forest. I just love this little spot. It’s so beautiful at the end of summer. Bright colors and lots of light.

Dorothea Dix Park
One of my all time favorite places to be is Dorothea Dix Park. I love the big open field with trees and the skyline in the distance. It is a gorgeous backdrop, perfect for any session. There are rarely other people in this area, making it a perfect private place for a photo session.
Of course they also had the most beautiful sunflowers last summer. Fingers crossed this will happen again this year!
